Alison McGrath 
Managing Director
Close to 20 years management experience providing superlative client satisfaction in both the health and fitness industry and subsequently in recruitment.
Leading the Recruitment Queensland team since mid 2000, passion and enthusiasm drives Alison to provide the ultimate experience in both recruitment and training for clients and candidates alike. This drive has resulted in a substantial growth for Recruitment Queensland, increasing from a team of three to fifteen and, in late 2007, achieving Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status.

Vicki Snare 
General Manager
Vicki’s position reports directly to the Managing Director and takes ownership of all operational functions within our client accounts, managing the team to consistently deliver to our clients and candidates a service which exceeds market expectations. Her recruitment experience spans over two decades with the last twelve years in national and state management positions.
As General Manager for Recruitment Queensland it is Vicki’s responsibility to set all operational procedures within all client accounts. Inclusive are key performance indicators, site specific recruitment processes, client specific candidate referral processes, quality assurance and reporting. Vicki also ensures payroll accuracy and invoicing plus addresses and actions any complaints/escalated performance issues. She also ensures delivery of all reporting requirements to set deadlines.
Vicki is actively involved across all aspects of OH&S and industrial relations ensuring that all practices, policies and rates of pay etc are in line with all legislative requirements.

- As hands on manager and a pro active member of the team, Vicki completes the placements of corporate and senior level positions across all lines of business for our clients. She has extensive referral and networking experience ensuring that our valued clients are aware of sought after candidates on the market. Testimony to her capabilities is the long standing working relationships with clients maintained during her extensive career. Vicki is a qualified Return to Work and Rehabilitation officer and a Drug and Alcohol testing officer.
Emilie McInally 
Team Leader
Emilie’s role supports the General Manager ensuring that all orders are receipted and actioned as per client specific requirements. Emilie also ensures that all quality management processes are being adhered to maintaining our ISO accreditation, and is one of our OH&S officers on staff.

- As a seasoned recruiter Emilie is responsible for several key accounts servicing and supplying to the engineering, manufacturing and production industries, across industrial and commercial lines of business. Within these businesses Emilie sources, recruits and manages diverse workforce of qualified trades people, production workers and manufacturing staff plus supplies and manages commercial support workers to her key accounts.
Samantha Smith 
Recruitment Consultant
Samantha manages a diverse portfolio within the production and the construction sectors with account management responsibilities managing two major and several medium clients. Samantha also completes major project management recruiting for diverse projects having to be delivered specific deadlines including the supply and management for over 400 hundred contractors for a major event supplying staff across a broad and diverse skill set.
Previously to aligning her career in recruitment to compliment her Human Resources studies, Samantha was a successful business manager within the transport and logistics industry. Her responsibilities in her role also encompassed hiring, staff management and performance management. Samantha is well aware on how an unsuited placed candidate can disrupt a business.

Tanya Brooks 
Recruitment Consultant
Tanya’s motivation and enthusiasm is infectious in the team her determination to achieve outcomes for her clients stems from a working history underpinned by discipline and detail. Tanya’s defence force background spanned over a decade with a majority of her successful defence career covering high level IT and communications projects inclusive of overseas deployments. On her reentry to the private sector Tanya’s finely tuned organizational skills landed her senior positions within hospitality and event management covering major corporate functions. Balancing a growing family and high level event management projects saw Tanya revisit her desire to commit to her children following extensive times apart during her military career. Whilst living and working in Darwin Tanya had the opportunity to reinvent her career into a role which would utilise all off her acquired skills, attributes and disciplines. Recruitment was the ideal choice and whilst in Darwin, Tanya managed a busy portfolio within mining, construction and resources covering both Industrial and commercial placements. Recruitment Queensland were fortunate to secure Tanya’s services on her return to her home town of Ipswich.

- Dee has a Certificate IV in Business Management, and her expertise includes payroll, AP/AR, debt collection, fleet management, finance and handling any related candidate or client enquiries.
Dee Tierney 
Administration Manager
After 15 years service in the RAAF working in administration and communications, Recruitment Queensland were fortunate to have Dee join the team in 2000. Dee's skills and experience solidified Recruitment Queensland internal processes and procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of the many facets of running such an organisation, including the responsibility of running a massive weekly payroll of up to 1500 employees.
Gabrielle (Gabbie) Roussetos 
Administration Assistant
Gabbie is an instrumental part of the Recruitment Queensland team. Gabbie works closely with Dee to process payroll ensuring that our contractors are paid accurately on time every time. Her administration support is paramount to the team allowing them to concentrate on filling our valued client’s orders with quality, sought after candidates. Gabbie also resources during extensive recruitment campaigns completing phone screening and the scheduling of interviews. Equipped with a “can do” attitude, loads of energy and astute customer service skills Gabbie is the future of Recruitment Queensland.
Kirsten Wagner 
Training Manager
Employed by Recruitment Queensland in August 2007, Kirsten's 17 years experience in training and assessment, made her the obvious choice in leading the team in its new status as a Registered Training Organisation. Kirsten's experience encompasses training to various corporate organisations in Brisbane, Sydney, Los Angeles and London as well as to the labour market, school based, government department and group training to apprentices and trainees.

- Providing a suite of services including skills analysis, training and assessment, Kirsten is able to provide flexible delivery options to organisations and tailor packages to suit individual needs.
Donna Robson 
Receptionist
Donna is the front face of Recruitment Queensland.
Donna comes from a long background in every aspect of the Fitness Industry including Management and Fitness Training. She brings to the team a strong ability to multi task, great people skills and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
Since leaving the fitness industry Donna has been working in office Administration whilst in her spare time studying for her Diploma in Counselling.
It is very rare to see Donna flustered so you can always be assured that you will be greeted with a warm smile and made to feel at home whenever you call or enter our Reception area no matter how busy she may be.
Colin Wright 
Compliance Manager
With a diverse industry background from printing to IT, Colin has worked in a number of national senior management roles and has held accreditation as an ISO auditor for over 18 years. Colin's experience in IT and Quality Assurance in particular provides Recruitment Queensland with the skills necessary to ensure compliance with the strict guidelines as required of a recruitment agency and a Registered Training Organisation, as well as providing the technical knowledge to ensure the on-line delivery of training and associated services.

With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Elaine knows what it takes to be successful - exceptional customer service.
In fact, Elaine's passion for customer service, and her desire to ensure that the industry continues to grow in a professional and ethical way, has delivered her to the door of Recruitment Queensland. Here, Elaine is provided with the platform to impart her knowledge and experience with those eager to enter, progress, and succeed in this exciting industry.
