Alison McGrath 
Managing Director
Close to 20 years management experience providing superlative client satisfaction in both the health and fitness industry and subsequently in recruitment.
Leading the Recruitment Queensland team since mid 2000, passion and enthusiasm drives Alison to provide the ultimate experience in both recruitment and training for clients and candidates alike. This drive has resulted in a substantial growth for Recruitment Queensland, increasing from a team of three to fifteen and, in late 2007, achieving Registered Training Organisation (RTO) status.

Mark Andersen 
Manager Labour Hire
With over 16 years experience in hands-on production management and manufacturing environments and a further 5 years experience in recruitment, Mark has an understanding of what happens in the 'real world'. He takes that understanding and converts it into action and solutions. After joining Recruitment Queensland in 2005, Mark has led the Labour Hire Team to unprecedented success by leading by example, sharing his skills and knowledge and by supporting and developing the team in their roles.

- Provision of high calibre staff across the labour hire and trades sectors. Matching candidates with employer needs resulting in the achievement of high retention rates, and ultimately providing clients with cost savings and enabling them to move forward, well resourced, and concentrating on what they should be doing - running their business.
Lisa Green 
Recruitment Consultant - Temporary Desk
After studying a Bachelor of Photography at Griffith University, and prior to joining Recruitment Queensland, Lisa gained over 5 years experience working in a highly customer-focussed environment - Call Centres. She joined an experienced and successful recruitment team ready to draw on their skills and experience, whilst sharing with them her skills in providing the ultimate in customer service.

- Providing highly skilled, adaptable and resourceful temporary personnel in a short time-frame is a skill in which Lisa excels. Her excellent communication and customer service skills have assisted her in the need to interpret, and quickly act upon, client needs.
Katrina Kane 
Senior Consultant - White Collar
Katrina's diverse background in payroll, accounts, general administration and recruitment provides Recruitment Queensland with a well-qualified resource that allow clients to feel confident that their consultant has hands on experience in the roles they are looking to resource.

- With three plus years in recruitment, Katrina is equally adept at providing temporary or permanent recruitment solutions. Her calm, confident and professional manner can make the stressful process of seeking and finding the 'right' candidate, a smooth and efficient process. This experience, coupled with Katrina's knowledge of the candidate market sees her well placed to offer advice to clients in their recruitment strategies, as well as enabling her to engage in innovative recruitment strategies to source quality candidates in an ever-diminishing pool
Lisa Kirchner 
Registrar / Training Assessor
Upon completing her Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training, Lisa worked in the administration field before utilising her additional skills in Assessment by joining the recruitment industry. In the past 2½ years, Lisa has been involved in all facets of providing training and assessment support including the provision of student feedback, compilation and development of course material and assessments, and marking student assessments

- Lisa's in-depth knowledge of all courses enables her to provide invaluable guidance and support to students in their studies. Lisa provides a constant point of contact and reference to both students and clients alike, providing advice on the most appropriate training for each individual.
Emilie McInally 
Labour Hire Consultant / WHSO
Joining Recruitment Queensland in 2005, Emilie quickly became an integral member of the team and bought fresh insight into youth recruitment and job placement. With a background in retail sales and hospitality, Emilie has committed herself to ongoing professional and personal development. She has completed a Certificate III in Business Administration, is now a certified Workplace Health and Safety Officer, and on a personal note, she has recently represented Queensland at the Indoor Netball National Tournament that was held in Melbourne in October 2007.

- Emilie's written, research and analytical skills are highly valued, as is her ability to take on new concepts and run with them. Emilie's professional growth since joining Recruitment Queensland has been phenomenal. She excels at attracting and identifying quality candidates for the Labour Hire team and manages a number of client accounts. In addition, Emilie conducts, and is responsible for, all matters regarding WHSO including site inspections.
Daniel Sue-See 
Recruitment / Business Development Consultant - Trainer / Assessor
Initially employed as a T/A for the first two years of his working life, Daniel moved into warehousing and distribution and in as little as two years, secured himself a management position, where he stayed for three years. Driven by a desire to succeed, he combined his professional skills and experience with his passion for golf, and was employed for another 3 years in a supervisory role at a golf course and driving range, before joining Recruitment Queensland as the newest member of the Labour Hire Team.

- Daniel has had the opportunity to hone his people and management skills. This, in combination with his hands-on experience in the trades and warehousing/distribution sectors, provides him a valuable insight into the needs of business and the calibre of people required to run them. Daniels natural competitive nature and desire to succeed has proven invaluable in assisting the Labour Hire Team to source and secure quality candidates and provide excellent customer service to clients.
Dee Tierney 
Administration Manager
After 15 years service in the RAAF working in administration and communications, Recruitment Queensland were fortunate to have Dee join the team in 2000. Dees skills and experience solidified Recruitment Queensland internal processes and procedures, ensuring the smooth operation of the many facets of running such an organisation, including the responsibility of running a massive weekly payroll of up to 1500 employees.

- Currently studying Certificate IV in Business Management, Dee's expertise includes payroll, AP/AR, debt collection, fleet management, finance and handling any related candidate or client enquiries.
Kirsten Wagner 
Training Manager
Employed by Recruitment Queensland in August 2007, Kirsten's 17 years experience in training and assessment, made her the obvious choice in leading the team in its new status as a Registered Training Organisation. Kirsten's experience encompasses training to various corporate organisations in Brisbane, Sydney, Los Angeles and London as well as to the labour market, school based, government department and group training to apprentices and trainees.

- Providing a suite of services including skills analysis, training and assessment, Kirsten is able to provide flexible delivery options to organisations and tailor packages to suit individual needs.
Donna Robson 
Receptionist
Donna is the front face of Recruitment Queensland along with managing the Australian Job Search account (AJS) which is the free government service for recruitment and placement of staff under the job network banner.
Donna comes from a long background in every aspect of the Fitness Industry including Management and Fitness Training. She brings to the team a strong ability to multi task, great people skills and an ability to relate to people from all walks of life.
Since leaving the fitness industry Donna has been working in office Administration whilst in her spare time studying for her Diploma in Counselling.
It is very rare to see Donna flustered so you can always be assured that you will be greeted with a warm smile and made to feel at home whenever you call or enter our Reception area no matter how busy she may be.
Colin Wright 
Compliance Manager
With a diverse industry background from printing to IT, Colin has worked in a number of national senior management roles and has held accreditation as an ISO auditor for over 15 years. Colin's experience in IT and Quality Assurance in particular provides Recruitment Queensland with the skills necessary to ensure compliance with the strict guidelines as required of a recruitment agency and a Registered Training Organisation, as well as providing the technical knowledge to ensure the on-line delivery of training and associated services.

With over 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Elaine knows what it takes to be successful - exceptional customer service.
In fact, Elaine's passion for customer service, and her desire to ensure that the industry continues to grow in a professional and ethical way, has delivered her to the door of Recruitment Queensland. Here, Elaine is provided with the platform to impart her knowledge and experience with those eager to enter, progress, and succeed in this exciting industry.
