The Institute of Training and Career Development
Due to the success of the training delivered by Recruitment Queensland Training we have created a new professional organisation specialising in the development and delivery of quality and meaningful training programs. The new organisation is known as the Institiute of Training and Career Development or ITCD.
Our Training Staff have the skills, knowledge and experience to successfully cater for an individual or organisation's training and personal development needs. Taking pride in our association with business within the Ipswich and surrounding areas, the Institute of Training and Career Development has not limited itself to being "just another provider" and has enjoyed enormous success in providing a professional approach to meeting the needs of our clients within South East Queensland, New South Wales, Northern Territory, Western Australia and America.
Now that 2012 is underway it is time to assess your team and ascertain where each person is heading. The Institute of Training and Career Development offers individual and group development and registered training options which allow flexibility in the delivery of the training. You may like the training to be delivered via our e-learning facility, classroom or self-paced. The option is totally up to you.
The Institute of Training and Career Development uses a combination of delivery methods which include;
- Experiential learning encourages the participants to be actively involved, based upon the theory that doing encourages greater learning experiences.
- Team approach to training and development
- Creating a non threatening environment to ensure positive experiences and greater learning opportunities
- All learners will have access to further information and mentoring through either face to face consultation or email support.
